Stephanie is a consultant in both the firm’s Real Estate & Conveyancing and Family & Private Client practice groups.

With almost 30 years of experience, she brings to the table valuable industry experience in the real estate sector where is she highly regarded by clients for her incisive and practical advice.

In addition to having a stellar track record in the real estate legal practice, Stephanie has the added depth of experience in commercial litigation and both contentious and non-contentious family law work.

EXPERIENCE

Stephanie’s practice areas include the following:

Real estate and property

• Acting for vendors and purchasers in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property

• Advice on and preparation of loan documents, mortgage and other security related documents

• Acting for landlords and tenants in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of leases and tenancies of residential and commercial properties

Civil & Commercial Litigation and Advisory Work

• Advice and conducting litigation, both in the State Courts and the High Court in respect of contractual and commercial disputes for both individuals as well as corporate clients

• Assisting in the process of alternative dispute resolutions 

• Enforcement proceedings including winding up, bankruptcy, garnishee, writs of execution and examination of judgment debtor

• Advisory work in respect of employment, tenancies and licenses

Matrimonial, Family & Probate Practice

• Advising in respect of Deeds of Separation, Divorce and the ancillary matters thereto including the division of matrimonial assets, maintenance, custody of children

• Advise in respect of issues concerning family violence and applications to the Family Justice Courts for Personal Protection Orders

• Resolution of family disputes through mediation and the Family Justice Courts

• Applications to the Family Justice Courts for Adoption, Guardianship of children and for the Appointment of committees to act for mentally disordered persons

• Advice on and preparation of Wills

• Advice in respect of and applications for Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration with the Family Justice Courts
