Deanna is a consultant in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice group. 

​

Deanna has been involved in a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions, including cross-border mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures, since she was called to the Singapore Bar more than 20 years ago. 

​

In addition to providing corporate regulatory and compliance advice, Deanna is well versed in advising clients, including various blue chip multinational corporations with a presence in Singapore, on general corporate secretarial issues.

Deanna is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
